Nebras Power, PLN, and PJB Sign a Heads of Agreement for a circa 800 MW Gas to Power Project in Sumatra, Indonesia

Nebras Power QPSC, Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) and PT Pembangkitan Jawa-Bali (PJB) have signed on October 19, 2017 a Heads of Agreement (HOA) for developing a circa 800 MW Power Plant along with a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) and sourcing of the LNG at Medan, Sumatra, Indonesia. This would be a Gas to Power (GTP) Project.

Nebras Power Signs Shareholders Agreement to Develop a Solar Power Plant in Jordan

Nebras Power Q.P.S.C. has announced that it has entered into a shareholder agreement with AES to develop a 52 MWe solar power plant in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan along with Mitsui & Co. According to this agreement Nebras Power will have 24% interest in the project.

Nebras Power along with its partners will finance, build own and operate the plant located east of Amman, Jordan.

Nebras Power Finance Documents for Shams Ma'an Solar Power Plant

Nebras Power Q.S.C. on 18 January 2015 has with its partners Diamond Generating Europe (wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation) and KAWAR Group signed finance agreement for Shams Ma’an power solar plant project in Jordan for 18 years with capacity of 52.5 MW. Nebras Power owns 35% of the project, while DGE owns 35% and Kawar Group owns 30%.

Nebras Power Acquires Stake Jordan Power Plant

Nebras Power QSC (Nebras) has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 40% of The AES Corporation’s (AES) interest in IPP4 Al-Manakhir power plant in Jordan. AES owns a 60% interest in the project through its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Mitsui & Co. Ltd of Japan owns the remaining 40% stake. Pursuant to the agreement, Nebras will own a 24% effective interest in the project, which has a capacity of 241 MW. The transaction is expected to be completed in April 2015.
