NEC Energia is a joint venture company that owns and manages 18 hydroelectric plants in Brazil, with an installed capacity of 72.5 MW. NEC Energia also encompasses the subsidiary, BEI – a service company that provides operation, maintenance, and engineering for power plants. In addition to a portfolio of solarPV projects that are underdevelopment, the partnership has a clear objective of advancing NEC’s growth through the acquisition of operating assets and the development and construction of greenfield projects.
