I am proud to present Nebras Power to you. In the relatively short period

since its incorporation, Nebras has established a sterling reputation with
partners and stakeholders in the global arena. It boasts a highly competent
pool of experts in its specialized field, and has acquired a growing portfolio of
profitable investment assets.

We have built a highly professional management team with abundant
years of experience in the power, desalination and utilities sectors. Our
management team has a mix of global, regional and local experience and in-
depth knowledge of the global power sector.

From the time of our founding, Nebras Power was able to build a quality
international portfolio of assets with long-term offtake amounting to more
than 6.346 MW(gross) and 2.036 MW (net) spanning over the Middle East,
Australia, Asia, North Africa, Europe and Latin America, with additional assets
to be shortly added in other regions.

On the financial front, we continued our strong financial performance
over the last few years as a result of our high-quality asset portfolio, which
provides stable and visible earnings and cash flows, as well as a solid base for
Chief Executive future growth. As of the end of 2019, we have total assets of over QAR 7.2 billion.

Officer’s Message We are committed to continuing on our path of strong growth, establishing
strategic alliances and collaboration with various international players in the
energy industry. We are also dedicated to moving forward toward our stated
objective of becoming one of the leading global investors and developers in the
power generation and water desalination industries.

We have the ambition and the strategic vision to build a portfolio exceeding
13.8 GW net by 2029, a goal that is well balanced in terms of technology mix,
market geographies and off-take agreements. Thus, we see a bright future
for Nebras as one of the main growth vehicles for Qatar that is generating
handsome returns for future generations.
